On the Tenth day of EN lets talk about training time. As 2008 gets rolling and the deadlines start filling the 'In' box we'll feel like there is less and less time. Resolution Run:
A Group: 105' total run @ z2 with a strong finish over the last 3 miles.
B Group: 75' total run @ z2 with a strong finish over the last 2 miles.
